Thanks for the words of wisdom :). I'm just anxious because when I log onto my case status on the USCIS website, my case apparently hasn't been touched since the 21st November...

I'm sure it will all be fine and work out (I'm still well within the 90 days), but staying at home all day is getting to me and I just can't wait to work and get balls rolling.

Yup. Mine actually went from "Acceptance" to "Interview and Testing", so the info I mentioned before didnt even happen to me! All the others (130, 765, 131) are still in Initial Review, not that it matters with an Interview 3 weeks away...

You're basically stuck in traffic until your lane is open!

Mine says the same...Nov 21st :) But it's all good, no RFE and I'm sure it won't be long until I have my EAD and AP (not that I really need it but it's one step closer to getting the greencard and going back to college).

just sit back, relax and play the waiting game ;) Good luck!

I was already down here on a TN Visa before I met my wife, so I just keep working...I'm one of the exceptions in that I'm adjusting off an employment-based status (TN) by virtue of marrying a USC.

I try not to think about it too much...I mean there really is nothing we can do to speed up the process so I try to enjoy the time (I do go crazy every now and then lol) and do things I usually don't do enough when other things come first (crafts, reading, doing stuff around the house, we also have a dog who keeps me quite busy). And of course I enjoy the time we have together as a couple :) Glad we finally get to be together :)

I should start studying for the test so I can get my TN drivers license...such a waste of time lol

Getting the TN drivers license is easy :-) I read the drivers manual once I did a few online practice tests and I passed first time

Oh that's good :) Did you need to take just the written test or both, written and road? lol as you can tell, I haven't really done my research yet ;)

Does anyone know if it matters when you get your license, ie after AP and EAD but before Greencard or after Greencard? Does it expire with your current papers?
