I had a couple fruits taken once. But I declared them, so there was no penalty or repercussion. They did take them though.

I remember coming through with a Plane load from presumably South America by appearances. You could have stocked a Restaurant with the stuff confiscated. Most of which I did not recognise.

Yes they knew what kind of a seeds this was. It was in original package with picture, there was no attempt to hide it from my side...

Couple of other officers there were excited with the picture on package:) It doesn't make any sense but other officers who worked there were trying to support me. It looked that officer who charged me is not really popular with his colleagues. And it is not about method good cop - bad cop :)

Anyway the answer is on the surface. I will consulate with lawyer and apply for a new visa.

You are trying very hard to paint an unsavory picture of this officer to mitigate your own behavior. He wasn't unpopular with his collegues, he wasn't 'hating people', or being mean to you for the heck of it. He was doing his job. He wasn't out to get you. You did that to yourself. And you will be very unlikely to get another visa.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

What it is my fault is 100% Job is job it is true also... I am not trying, I am saying what I say and what feel about it... There was one lady there and that man made her cry so badly that other people had to calm her down. I had seen how he was acting he was doing it on purpose. Thank you for positive words...

It's hard, no doubt about it, but they are strict, and you have to take full responsibility for everything that happens to you in the process. That lady may have cried, but I'm sure it didn't get her excused.

I do understand and I do take full responsibility.

I came here for to ask for informational help after getting in specific not cool situation. With a concrete questions. I couldn't imagine that somebody here might not like that some guy is visiting his relatives for 6 months on tourist visa and he is surprised that his visa was cancelled smile.png lets just try to hurt more more...smile.png hey don't lie to us, you were trying to transfer drugs, you are trying to put some dirt on the officer who is doing his job etc smile.png

Well anyway I catched some useful info and peoples thoughts secret7vf.gif . Appreciate that ;)

It hasn't got anything to do with what we think. What ought to matter to you is that you got caught, doing something not cool. That you won't get another visa. All that matters is that you were caught at port of entry, and what the Officer thought is all that really matters.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Dude U had many vacations , so not wanting to live in the US why so gungho

for a visa, there's other places to visit...rushing back to the embassy for a visa

will plant an intent to immigrate seed in the CO mind.(no pun intended)

You messed up big time bringing in seeds but not declaring it on the form, they

have become very serious about that, they have the ability to refuse you entry

and revoke visas, or be kind & just give you a fine. Even if you take medical

marijuana, it cannot be transported country to country, and you are taking it for

friend ,is Russian weed better than that in US (just wondering)

your entire story, along with the pot, makes no sense. a lawyer cannot help you get a visa...all they do is write overpriced letters that have no legal impact on anyone. We still have not heard about how you managed to 'study' while doing nothing in the US, nor where the 10K came from....the newest visa officer at the embassy will see this situation for what it is......a desperate attempt to return to your job or pot in the US...and, as I mentioned before, your credibility right now is less than zero. And no attorney on the planet can change that with some apologetically toned letter. Our visas officers are not that naïve.

Didn't OP say in his first post that he does want to live in the US and that his mom wants him to live there as well?

Well he said it was a disaster for himself and his family.

Not being able to visit seems somewhat less than that, with the amount of time he was spending with his Aunt and Uncle they might be quite glad!

His Mother wants him to immigrate to the US he said, but not how or why.
