Just got back to the hotel from the Oath Ceremony. Only three people was there. We got started a little late because the third person showed up late. When i checked in, they took my green card and handed me a packet that contained a letter from the president welcoming me as a citizen, a passport application form, a book about the US, a copy of the constitution, a copy of the oath of allegiance, and a folder to hold my certificate upon receiving it. The three of us went bck to the Oath room and the officer gave us a quick over view of what we need to do after the oath. Which was make sure we update Social Security of our Naturalization and talked about passports. As soon as we left, we headed toward the passport center. But we arrived to late they only except walkins till 2:30 pm. THey told us to come back tomorrow since we have military orders they can except us as a walk in. So it feels great to be through with USCIS.^_^ Good luck to the rest of you on your journey.

I would say that it's cheaper for USCIS to send a copy rather then printing it on the old style of papers. Saving money. I could be wrong but it makes sense to me lol.

Hey guys i just got the yellow letter from uscis in mail asking me to bring some documents as my driver license but i didnt get the interview date lettre yet..is that normal?

I see that we are now getting the yellow letter and the interview letters. We are moving along!

I got the yellow letter , let's see if i get IL soon, i hope.

wow finally on my computer to see the timeline (is impossible from the cellphone) and is great to see that most of you are already inline for interview!!! thats great probably most of you will get everything over with by march... I am counting the days till the 19th that is one month from my 5 year anniversary to see if they finally I move on to inline!!!

And also my yellow letter say that i have to bring originals or certified copies of all arrest records and court disposition showing how each incident was resolved...i had one dui in 2009 and it was misdeminor the case was droped with 6 month prohibition and the wierd things i already submited it with my application and send it.i dont if its gonna be a big deal or not? Also dont know how to get it certified.any advice plz?

You will only receive text for moving to in-line. You will the actual letter when they schedule the interview and also the text and email

Got my yellow letter today asking to bring in some additional documents however i didn't received a date for interview.
