Help with i 130 and i 485 forms needed

Hi,
I'm filling out the i130 and i485 forms and just need help with these two questions:

* Current status in the US - I'm on an E3 but no longer working so out of status but my E3 is valid until May 2014. What should I put as my status?

* Entry to the US - do I put the last date that I had entered into the US (i.e. my last date was Sep 2013 back from a holiday while I was still working).
