Missing packet 3

Called the DOS today and apparently our packet 3 was mailed out and neither of us got it....so now what? I have been going off the checklists on here but where can my fiancée schedule his medical in mobay? Then how do we get an appointment?

Your fiance can schedule an appointment at Mo'Bay hope after you have scheduled your interview. Did you email a completed DS-230 part 1 to the IVappointment inbox?

You will need to have an interview date first before you can schedule the medical. The medical is usally scheduled 2-3 weeks before the interview date. You will need to bring the appointment confirmation letter (packet 4) to the medical along with passport and passport photos. The embassy may mail/email the appointment letter. However, you may have to email them asking for the appointment letter once the interview has been scheduled. I did this about 2 weeks prior to the medical appointment.

The checklist is packet 3, did you email DS-230 part 1 to embassy? That is the only way to get interview scheduled and to make medical appointment.

Also, you don't get packet 3, only the beneficiary. They mailed it to whatever address you provided as beneficiary's address.

Thanks everyone....yes I e-mailed the ds-230 today so now it sounds like another waiting game!!! This process has over taken my life..lol!!!
