Hey everyone! I'm new here and here thought I would share my story!

I met my fiance Cassie through a long term Facebook friend in Texas, he turned out to be a terrible person, very abusive and soon I began talking to her and we hit it off straight away and she confessed having strong feelings for me however she didn't want an "online relationship". I booked a ticket for July 2013 for 2 weeks and everything went amazing and we got engaged soon after, ring was purchased in Cleburne, Texas (her hometown) and her family fell in love with me. We filed for the K-1 visa after the engagement and I returned to visit for a month in September and I am returning again in 2 days for a week, We received the NOA2 Approval on the 5th of November so now I'm just waiting!

So that's my story, I hope to talk to all of you soon.

Wow, they are moving so quickly now, that's really encouraging! We waited from March til July for our NOA2 which was pretty standard so hopefully ya'll will move quicker!

That is awesome, I hope all goes well for you! Dallas was so scary to me when I first saw it, so much traffic, I much prefer the smaller towns (Cleburne, Burleson etc.) Texas as a whole is an amazing place though.

Are you from the UK? if so, where? Dallas isn't so scary! Dallas is going to be a cool place for you to visit once you get acquainted with your new home. Texas is a great place but sometimes the weather here can be really crazy

Are you from the UK? if so, where? Dallas isn't so scary! Dallas is going to be a cool place for you to visit once you get acquainted with your new home. Texas is a great place but sometimes the weather here can be really crazy

Yup i'm from Sheffield, which is obviously a decent sized city but nothing like Dallas, I agree it will be a great place once I get used to it, I love fort worth!
