No requirements other than she needs to demonstrate ties to China and apply for the visa on her own (and pay for it). Can take few days (depending on how soon the appointments at Embassy are available) or very long if she gets denied.

What are some of the requirements to bring my Chinese wife here to the USA on a tourist visa? Also how long will the process take? Thanks.

You need to clarify your situation because you are listed as a K1, but you are saying "wife." What is your actual status? She may need to demonstrate some ties or deposit something with CITIC as collateral. I have only dealt with in-law B2 issues. Best of luck.
