Visa Check, Travel Tax, and Terminal Fee for MNL Terminal 2

My fiance will be flying out at 10:00 PM on Philippine Airlines via TERMINAL 2. Note, this is different than most international flights, as they usually come out of Terminal 1 (except ANA).

Questions for those with experience at this terminal...

What time should she arrive, considering that she will likely need to fall in line to have her visa checked for proper visa and CFO sticker, and pay the travel tax?

Where does she pay the travel tax for this? And is it the same amount ($1620) as in Terminal 1?

Is the terminal fee ($550) the same for this terminal as it is for terminal 1?

Will she need to switch back and forth between terminal 1 and 2 for any of these steps, adding time?

Many thanks..

Also, just to be double sure, she needs to bring her sealed visa packet, X-Ray CD and 3025 vaccination form, passport w/visa and CFO sticker, and a customs declaration form filled out on the plane, correct? Am I missing anything?

The PAL Centennial airport is actually better configured (smaller) than MIA 1. You should advise her to get there at least 3 hours earlier than her schedule to acommodate pre-departure rituals (screening time, checking in and paying fees). Some airline charges are inclusive of travel tax. So you might not need to pay, but if you do it is within the airport and close to the check-in counters. Prepare extra cash for the airpot tax. I think they've cancelled that for domestic flights but still charge P750 for international flights. Good luck!

Sein oder Nichtsein, das ist heir die Frage.

I don't know about Terminal 2, can't help there, not sure if the terminal fee is still 550

Exit fee is 1620 no matter which terminal, just not sure if the counter is at the front of the terminal .

For POE she will need the sealed DO NOT OPEN envelope for immigration, and the customs declaration later at the customs counter after she collects her luggage. The X-ray CD and 3025 she keeps.

Is this airport tax the terminal fee, or is this an additional tax?

Well she is flying Dec. 24, so not quite yet lol. But thank you, and I see you made it to the U.S. and have gotten married, so I congratulate you as well! :)
