Is it necessary to get police clearance on each country you live ... even i only stay 7 months very long time ago about 7 years ago ??? Im sorry but it a lot of work ...and stress to do it ... I will not pass on the interview without it??

Correct. Every country you have lived in for at least 6 months when you were over the age of 18. Your application will not be approved without those clearances.

Yes. Every place you have lived since the age of 16 years old for 6 months or more. So 7 months would apply. No you would not because the country is listed and they will need the PCC.

The others are correct. You will need a police certificate from there, unless you were under the age of 16 when you lived there.

You will not be issued a visa without it.

But I can't back there.i gave up my residence to come back to my home country to process my i-130.how will I go back.?with whose visa? Because they denied me k1visa overthere I decided to relocate to my home country .i don't have their resident anymore

Thats something you will have to investigate. Go to the countries website and read how to get a PCC when living elsewhere. I would get on that now. Some countries take a long time. And places you use to live you could get those PCC's now and hold on. Just don't get the Nigerian one until you are at NVC and have case#.

But it must be done. I doubt very seriously you will have to go back to country to get report. But go check up on it. Report back.

I'd be surprised if Germany requires you to submit an application for a PPC in person.
