Gary - Thanks for posting this. I've been tired (as well as thousands of others) of the problems with that school board - replacing an incumbent with 26 years of crappy performance and questionable ethics is a great thing, regardless of the tactics used to win the seat.

No problem. It is confusing to some. The issue is NOT who they voted for, the issue is that they COMPLAIN that they only voted for him because they THOUGHT he was black. That's racism. Period.

The people complaining are so obviously racist that there is nothing to discuss. It is not about who they voted FOR it is about them being upset he was not black and believeing that his skin color makes a difference. It does not.

I don't understand why a license is needed to have a gun but stupidity just roams freely and unchecked.

We know some people on VJ, those who cannot be named, are always looking for anything to make black people look bad.

You don't want mods deciding what gets said or not. They tend to make a mess of it. Maybe just remove the thin skin sweater and replace with something a little thicker.

Then fire back. Folks who believe opinions can be made based on how a person is born are the easiest to defeat in debate.

Intelligent debate wins out over unsustainable discrimination every time.

Just keep cool and engage in discussion, without resorting to complaint or recrimination, and you will find you get better results.
