I am really starting to not like VJ. It is constantly acceptable to black bash on here.

It is funny that this is a website that is supposed to be promoting the bringing together of cultures as long as it is not a black person heaven forbids someone finds us as acceptable people to marry.

I agree with the privileged part.

However, I don't agree that all white people are the reason for black problems, only a few are, like the VJers who keep promoting the hate instead of letting relations heal and move on. I meet many foreigners who are shocked to see that I work and hold degrees. They said they say they were told to stay away from blacks by professors or other classmates, really? How pathetic.

I could never imagine not hiring someone because they are white, not being someone's friend because they are white, not dating someone because they are whte, shouting racial slurs at someone because they are white, etc.

I just wish the hatred would stop.

I think it is very difficult to argue that the economic divide between rich and poor (a disparity which is very apparent between whites and blacks) has nothing to do with recent history. Racial segregation, the Civil Rights Movement and The Great Migration are still within living memory after all.
