We've had worse, yet Obama is billed as the anti-christ. He might be a weak president, but he's an american, something folks even here can't comprehend.

I think he did what he could. Could he do better? Of course. There is no such thing as a perfect term, you will always have issues.

I'll make a prediction right now. When Obama leaves, and the next person comes in having to clean up the mess, the same folks that say you can't blame Bush will be the same folks blaming Obama long after he's gone. I'd wager we won't have another black president for years to come because of it.

Obama is doing what he can, he's not perfect. You make it seem like under a white president we were living in a paradise or something.

I think he and his administration have done a good job in bringing the US economy back from near financial collapse, and he's put an end to two wars that we never should've been involved in. I do think he pushed too hard and too fast to get the ACA passed without diligently exploring the single payer system, and now he's paying for it. I do hope the kinks get worked out, because I believe that everyone deserves healthcare. Overall I think he's been a good president, I would vote for him again if he could run.

I agree with this.

Obamacare has its issues, no doubt. But I still think it's a step in the right direction. It'll take many, many years for this joke of a healthcare system to be anywhere near where it should be.

ACA is good law. Conservative think tanks spent decades working on this and the conservative movement even piloted it in Massachusetts, with very good results. It is to the credit of the Democratic Party that they decided to take an opponents idea that had proved workable as opposed to trying something brand new.

Frankly, it is a shame the conservative movement in this country was unable to see this for what it is - a strategic victory for their values and their vision. They were blinded by political partisanship and hatred for Hussein.

As for the problematic rollout on the federal exchange, that's a problem but it's a technology problem. Technology problems can be fixed. Websites aren't magic even when they (as is the case here) have to integrate with a myriad of backend systems. It can be done and it is being done. It'll get fixed.

And let's not forget, the state exchanges are doing quite well (except for Oregon). Kentucky stands out as having outperformed expectations by a large margin.
