hi

again, is that where your international flight lands? that's where you will go through customs. if Salt Lake is a domestic flight as said, the first POE is where you go through customs and then the second flight is domestic

is there a direct flight from your country to Salt Lake?

you can enter any line

the GC is not activated, you will be escorted to an office where they will review the packet you are taking and stamp your passport. the GC will arrive in the US. did you pay the $165 fee for the card?
