Any of you Philippines members know of a decent relief agency or charity that won't spend 90% of donations on overhead?

Red Cross is a safe bet. Most money you send to relief agencies ends up in some official's back pocket. Red Cross is experienced at getting food and shelter to the people that need it, rather than having to deal with "fixers" just to get the stuff into the country without it all being confiscated by customs*.

ETA: *Or the military. You notice the military is meeting all relief flights. The military needs food and shelter as well.

This one is from Disney. More animation, no crews. Limits on who can attack who. Parley protection, so no attacks one after another on your hideout. It's a Beta release, so it is buggy at times.

It's so quick and easy to donate to Red Cross via Facebook. $10 dollars is not that much but multiply that by over 1 billion users, or even half, that would be a lot!
