My new wife and I live in South Carolina, near Charleston, she filed her I485, EAD?AP, and her biometrics were taken in Charleston, SC.

EAD?AP received recently, all ok.

Got a letter from USCIS, saying her I-485 could be delayed up to 6 months, due to increased work load, but no fault was ours, with filing. Also said that there would probably be no need for interview.

The letter came from Lee's Summit, MO. (NBC)

When I go to the USCIS web site to track any progress, of the I-485, the Lee's Summit, Mo office is not listed as an option to check for progress.

What am I doing wrong, thanks for any comments or information.

As far as I know, they do not show stats for the I-485. You just have to go by the timelines of others to get an idea of how long it might take.

~ Moved from K-1 Process to AOS from Family Based Visas Progress Reports- topic is AOS case status/progress, not K-1 ~

Raven, you're not doing anything wrong. As Jay-Kay stated, there are no processing times for I-485's from the NBC. You go by your local office's processing times if you want to put in Service Requests or inquire about your case.

Everything is fine. My wife got her correspondences from Lee's Summit also.

Hank,

As usual, a big thanks, I feel better. After over 4 months we finally got her SS card, what a nightmare.

Has your wife got her 2 year green card yet? You said she had to go through Lee's Summit also, I just wondered about this " Wavier of interview" but your AOS will take 6 months, but it is no fault of your!

We had such a hard time getting here, ( Sputum fiasco ),,.., was just wondering, as we have been burned once, by a total fiasco, that Sputum, is such a scam.

Take care my friend, we are just trying to find out what to expect, again a big thanks, as usual!
