I am I-130 beneficiary from Philippines, can I apply for the non-immigrant visa through ds-160? How to schedule interview for it in USEM in Manila?

Anyone know about this? Thank you in advance!

May 8, 2013 : I-130 sent VSC
May 10, 2013 : Priority Date
May 14, 2013 : NOA 1
Nov 20, 2013 : Received text/email status update that case transfered to other office
Nov 21, 2013 : Received text/email status update that case transfered to local office
Nov 25, 2013 : Received hard copy of transfer notice from Nebraska Service Centerec 20
Dec 20, 2013 : APPROVED
Dec 24, 2013 : Received text/email status update case shipped to NVC/DOS

The answer is no DS-160 is for fiance' visa path and thats not you.

If you want to try and go the K3 way you would be filing the 129F and they will marry up that petition with your I-130 (so really gains you nothing because now you have a I-130 and I-129F waiting together.)

If you are asking if you can come to visit the US while your petition is pending the answer is "no". They will not approve a visitor visa while you have a petition with USCIS or NVC. My fiance tried to get a visitor visa when I was sick in the hospital and because they knew he was my fiance (we were honest) he was denied and this was before we had filed the I-129F. He even had proof I was hopsitalized, had a note from my doctor on hospital letter head. It was frustrating to say the least.

I don't understand why I still have that signature on my reply? I just removed it coz it is wrong it should be NOA1. (sigh)
