I know that someone at the address has to "Accept" the package. But I have never thought that only the beneficiary could receive the package. Other VJers will respond and clear this up for you!

She could leave an authorization letter, that she is authorizing her friend name to accept her visa. She needs to leave her friend the letter plus ur fiancee identification card. and her friend identification card.

Your fiancee will received a text message from the courier when they will send the package. Better text/call the courier to relay the situation after she received the text messages and confirm she left an authorization to her friend. I've done this before but my fiance before is the one to receive, bcos i requested to courier after the interview to send my visa to the hotel where my fiance stayed. And I left authorization letter to my fiance and also to the reception of the hotel.

hi again..... I need to edit my post message to you because......

I've read to your timeline, that your fiance interview will be on february 2007.

All she could do is, after her interview ... she will be asked to pay for the visa courier whenever she is approved to her visa. When she go to the courier counter .. she will be asked to filled-up form to give information of her, to "WHERE" and/or "WHAT" address she wanted to deliver her visa.

If she is going to her province after the interview, it's OK to put province address and will only add some days bcos its domestic delivery. "OR" she could make an authorization letter in behalf of her friend's name, stating that she authorizing her friend to received her visa ... put your fiance information and number to her letter with signature of course, and never forget to leave an identification ID of your fiance along with the identification ID of her friend within the letter.

But anyway, whenever its time for the courier to send her visa, they will notify her by text message like .. " they will send within today the visa in her address given". They do this in able for whoever authorized to received the package is in the address given.
