My husband has had his interview on October 2012 in Mumbai and the counselor gave him a 222 g white form saying its a administrative processing. With no further explanation. My husband has been waiting since then until today for his visa to be issued but there has been no reply from them. Please, if anyone else is in the same shoes as I am or knows anything about this give me some advice. I am waiting for my husband in Chicago, and we have been married for 2 years now. I've been going to India to visit him but I need to return to Chicago for my education.

Only thing to do is wait. Many are in the same position and tried the senator, the congressman but nothing but waiting it out.BTW The senator's office told me if longer than 1 year than they could do something.Imagine our president said If we are usc it shouldn't take years to bring our love one's here to the US.My husband and I been married more than 3 years and same as you going back and forth from us to Egypt. Many of us know what your going through. My husband has been on AP 8 months. We just want to be in one place together. Just pray and keep busy and hopefully soon he will get his visa. Bless you both ...
