If you have a legitimate relationship you have nothing to worry about.

Some examples can be found here: http://www.visajourney.com/content/exampleq. You can read reviews of local offices here: http://www.visajourney.com/reviews/.

is difficult to answer you, not knowing which visa you held to enter the USA (hint - fill out yer timeline over at http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=162041 )

so - if you came in on a K-1 visa, the interview is easy.

if you came in on some other visa, expect a less easy interview.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

You might expect more scrutiny, based on

as someone has been out of status for a long time. Sure, the overstay can be forgiven, with a successful interview and green card issuance,

but based on that one post, expect more scrutiny, more questions, not normal questions, based on your wife's presence in the USA.

She came to this country with a B1 visa and overstayed, then she got a EAD through a U visa. We met on March of 2010 and got married on October 2011. We send the package in August. We got the interview notice a few days ago for the first days of December.

I tried to fill the timeline but I don't know if it worked.

Thanks!
