Hi my fiancee and I are currently awaiting NOA2 approval. As far as I know, she was assigned an alien registration number. We wanted to prepare in advance but I have a few questions. For the affidavit of support, I'm supposed to fill it out but the problem is that I have no income and I have never worked before. But I heard that I can have a co-sponsor, like a family member (my mother is willing to do it in this case). I wanted to know how would I fill out the affidavit since I have no income? Do I leave most of it blank? Also, which form does my mother fill out?

You use 0 for income and put n/a or none in the appropriate fields. Don't just leave it blank because they may think you overlooked a part, rather than have no info for it.

Your mom needs the same info (tax returns, pay stubs etc), plus proof she is a US citizen or greencard holder.

Oh okay thank you! But what form does my mom fill out then?
