Yeah me either, I am also hoping for this week, has the NVC at least received your case?

We have not received any update in USCIS portal too, and when i called DOS yesterday, the lady said, i need to wait few more weeks.

I tell you that NVC is processing the case received on NOV 6 ,because I am NOV 6. I got my case number and invoice id number on Friday
. My friend got her case number on Wednesday. Her case arrived on NOV 4.

On November 25, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Congratulations :) . Finally they shipped it! But wow why it took so long. Call within a week or so. NVC has to processed it and assign you a number. I noticed the day I called NVC when they rec'd the files and have the MNL number, I was asked for the beneficiary's name and d.o.b as well as the petitioner's. Before that, each time I call them they asked me what it says on the NOA2 letter. Keep us updated. Good luck.

Call next week, after that message i got my case number in 7 labor days.

So you case number can be ready on december 3.

You are not going to believe this, I filed a K3 with my I-130. The K3 was given a case number and sent to the Madrid embassy where it is ready for the interview, but the I-130 is still waiting for the case number. Crazy huh!

Yeah super crazy, try calling them why the case number of your I-130 was left behind.

NOA 2 approved at CSC on Oct 31

Got call from our lawyer today, 11/27/2013 in Thailand, that they called and have our case number now and will schedule our interview.

Faster than I thought!
