NOA2 APPROVED IN OCTOBER.. WAITING FOR NVC CASE NUMBER

We got notice our case was sent to NVC on Nov 21. About three weeks after NOA2. Happy to be moving to the next steps. Good luck to all and you will get your notices soon!

Thanks sjk&cjj! We received both text and email at 5:45pm Eastern USA time. We were surprised by the time because we kept getting those other notices at 9 and 9:30pm. Then we checked the website and saw it had changed.

are you guys going to schedule it by yourself after you got your case number? or are you going to wait for the letter from USEM for your appointment? so jelous

you better call now everyday.. I got my case no. thru phone call Nov21 but it was already generated nov.19 and already shipped and in transit to Manila consulate.. I asked NVC to send me an email where the the case no. can be seen so i can use it for my medical this monday.. because i believe it would take long before my fiance receive the NVC letter thru mail.. then today(nov 23) my fiance just received the email and forwarded it to me. yesterday, just by knowing the case no. I was also able to set an appointment online for my interview.. you better set an appointment right away after knowing your case no. because slots are taken out so fast (no slots available for dec&jan except for those which are cancelled every now and then).. Well, I have heard TSC is a bit faster getting to NVC, but also TSC is the only one that gives notification of shipping to NVC. CSC's last notification from what I heard is NOA2, so who knows yours might end up at NVC about the same time as mine...

yeah Davesings right. The last status update i had with USCIS is about mailing my fiance the NOA2. My case reached NVC without any notice from USCIS that they have already shipped our case to NVC..

Its crazy I dont understand how come some applications are competed sooner in the time frame of six months and visa issued at the end of 9 months.

Both of us will be alone for Christmas,its not right if they were serious i should have interview in december.But no luck.

I am calling Monday 25 Nov. so if I got any information about case number I'll post it.

Does somebody knows when they transfer the case from Service center to NVS its posted online on USCIS?

I wish everybody to get sooner answer.

I was thinking only in my country the administration its slow but probably here too people are lazy when there is a lot of pending applications.

If you are from tsc, they post when the case is transfered to nvc.

If you are from other servicenter you dont kbow when your case is shipped to nvc.

Just call tomorrow.
