Hong Kong police clearance?

The police clearances are only good for 12 months so you need to gauge how long you think it will take before your interview against how long it will take to get the certificate from the HK police. I would go ahead and call/email now and ask for a timeline and then go from there. :)

i suggest you apply for it after the petition arrives at NVC.

oppss...sorry. Im F2A however I'm also wondering if I can get that request letter for HK CNCC earlier. I heard of cases being delayed because HK clearance didn't arrive before the scheduled interview... :-(
