Hello VJ's,

Now i'm trying to fill DS-260 form and have those question and really need help....

I'm in usa now and my wife in outher country....

1-Is your spouse immigrating to the us with you?

If i said no...

2-Is your spouse immigrating to us at later date to join here?

I think i also need to say no......right???

3-Do youy have documentation to establish that u have recieved vacination in accordance with law?

i have to say yes.....?

So you are filling out the DS-260 for your wife, correct? So you are answering the questions as if you were your wife? Then you would say no to both. On #3 you would say Yes because by the time she goes to the interview she will have her medical finished with her vaccinations. :)

i have a question please...i found this question

Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, been refused
admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application
for admission at the port of entry?

my wife went before to take tourist visa but she denied.....what i ahve to answer?

No problem. It's so confusing, so many questions, and it's really important to get it all done right!

My fiance, also, was denied a tourist visa to come and visit me. We were honest, said he was denied 3 times, and we stated why: he wanted to come visit me and meet my family prior to marriage and immigration but was denied bec he was honest that I was his fiancee and living in the US. No problems. :)
