Need Help! Supporting Family Member for Affidavit of Support

Hello, everyone,

My mom is petitioning to the USCIS for my grandma to immigrate to the United States. Because my parents' combined income is lower than 125% of the poverty line, I have to be included as a supporting family member.

However, I graduated last Summer and have only one year of tax record, the I-864A form is asking for three years of record. Does it mean that I am not qualified as a supporting family member? Another concern I have is that I have about $60,000 installment loan, does it affect my qualify as a supporting family member?

I do not believe they care about your loans.

Send one year of taxes and a letter from your employer with your current income.

That's what I am going to do, since my family's income increased just this year.

They just what to know you will be able to support the immigrant if you have to in the future and that you have been paying taxes when you were supposed to.
