Your case will be forwarded to NVC. TSC is taking 2-3 weeks after NOA2 to ship files. TSC usually sends a notification that your file has been shipped. After NVC receives it, you can call to get your case #. It'll then be shipped from NVC to the appropriate embassy. I have no clue what happens after the Jamaican Embassy gets it,but you can looks for those answers in the Jamaica Regional Discussion forum. Congratulations on your NOA2!

wait for 4 weeks after noa2 and email nvc. i got a reply within the hour that they had received our file and i was given our case number in the email. once you get your case number, you can use it to track the movement of your case file on the ceac website.

when your embassy receives your case file, they will send you a packet 3. you just have to follow the instructions on it, gather the documents on the checklist.

i suggest you take a break from this visa anxiety and stress these 4 weeks. things move quite fast from here. good luck!
