Dear All,

We have been a regular reader of this forum and it’s been a great help from this forum so far. Our final CR1/IR1 visa interview is on 15th Nov and we need lots of good wishes from you guys. I (USC) am in India right now to help/support my wife for her interview.

Congrats for reaching this stage and good luck on the interview. Stay positive all will go well :-)

K1 - Filed March 2011

- Denied March 13, 2012

- Placed in AP March 14,2012

- Sent back to USCIS November 2012

- Expired March 2013

WASTED A YEAR FIGHTING THE DENIEL

MARRIED MARCH 15, 2013

1-130 Approved 3/3/2014 :-)

Finally made it home 3/18/2014

Best of luck!!! My husband is currently in India and I won't be able to be with him for his interview; we are only waiting for case complete and interview date. Glad you can be there with her. Please share your wife's interview story smile.png When was your case completed by NVC?

Yazked, thanks a lot. Our case was completed around last week of september and got our interview letter on october 3. We got our interview letter just after one week of case completed at NVC. Let me know if you have questions. Thanks

Yeah I figured. Wish i ws in ur shoes now. Very stressful process it is. jus 3 months since we applied for CR1. I need to go to extra more mile. hectic.... god!!!!! give me strength.. smile.png. Do u have any idea tht i can do something in this situation? i mean calling USCIS or contacting congressman or senator?
