Johannesburg Consulate-Descrimination?

So, we are wondering if our case is being handled a little bit different than other K-1 visas at the Johannesburg, South Africa consulate. Other members on this group and in other groups I also belong to, have gotten interview appointments sooner than ours. But they have sent in their packet 3's either 1 day before or up to a week after us. but get interviews almost 3 weeks before us? And we are all K-1 visas and no one is expeditated.

My question here is , should we try to find out why, and/or get our interview date adjusted? Or is that a promised way to piss someone off and lead to a denial?

Ah...come on that's a no brainer....USCIS does the cases

in all dept. from every country how specific the case may be

some ppl get name hits that's similar or a slower employees

causing a few days, wks or mths difference...,it happens

USCIS has nothing to do with this part of it. The OP is asking about getting an interview appointment at the Jo'burg consulate.

OP, the squeaky wheel can get the grease. Politely contact the consulate and ask whether your interview date can be adjusted. The worst that they can say is "no." Perhaps there's a chance opening or a cancellation that you can take advantage of. Let us know what you find out.
