To call your love one....

I've been using https://www.3utelecom costing me .13 per min after taxes.. but they bill you like a phone co. you just dail their number... and the your Loves number.. but you need to register your phone numbers.. you will be calling from

But lately I can hardly use them ..I don't get through...Bad reception..and other stuff that is frustrating.. But I can't find a lower rate for Moldova..Mobile ... and her computer is too old to do the Skype thing.. it's like a 133mhz.. and she uses dialup..

I tried a calling card from EZ-Pin called a November and it has a pin.. said the rate was .05 per min. but ended up being .125 per min... I can do better then that rate with a rechargeable and pinless card....

Oh and Futurephone doesn't call Moldova..

So does anyone have a Great Deal they want to throw in here....

www.call-sierraleone.com for all countries, excellent customer service support,

no connection fees or hidden charges, no pin number dialing, I just posted earlier today

how they gave me free minutes due to my credit card being maxed out.

Good value for less money.

I've also used Noble also..

pinzoo.com

Not the cheapest but provides call detail which helps document "staying in touch".

We just use Skype. I bought a USB Skype phone (cost about $30) and pay something like $13 for three months' 'SkypeIn' subscription - that allows me to choose a phone number anywhere in the world, with pretty much any area code... so I chose my fiance's area code (obviously)... which means that he can call me for free, as he it counts as a local call. If I call him, it's really cheap too - works out at something like 2 cents a minute.

All of which is very good, because we were racking up a fortune in phone calls until a friend asked me why in the world I wasn't using Skype - around $200 a month at one point. Ouch.

The sound quality isn't always the best with Skype (I apparently sound like a robot sometimes!) and it sometimes cuts off/does other weird things for no reason. But mostly it's pretty good, and considering how little it costs, we're not complaining!

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png
