I received case # and IIN yesterday, my husband called...

so it took almost 6 weeks after approval.. and 16 days after NVC received it..

i called NVC this morning and they said that they received my case on 12/17/13. What a relief. Good luck to everyone

Just an update: I called NVC yesterday and they told me that they received my husband's case on 12/25/13. I filled out the DS-261 yesterday and was able to pay the AOS fee of $88. However, I am still waiting to receive the fee bill or to be allowed to pay the IV fee.

it takes a few more days to process de IV fee bill,

I was able to submit the choice of agent online yesterday but still cant pay the aos fee. Il try again tonight

Sent aos and iv docs last thursday. Now waiting for cc.

We sent our AOS and IV documents already too, USPS delivered it on Jan 17 and NVC received them on Jan 21...now waiting for CC
