Hi, my case got approved on November 8th and I received an email today saying that my case was sent to NVC today. Have you heard from NVC?

my case got approved on November 1 bt till today(its 40 days) no response from NVC

My I-130 case got approved on NOV 1 bt till today (40 days) no response from NVC or USCIS. When called to NVC they told to wait till 25th december.....

You should send them an email just to verify if they have received your case.

thanks for ur suggestion bt there is some problem in emailing.... I forgot her company name and she is confused aswell.... is is necessary to write her company name in email?

You should call NVC. Mine got approved Nov 5,NVC got my case last nov.14, on Dec 9 NVC email me my case number.

You don't need the her company name. All you need to to inquire about your case is the case#, your name and your wife and DOB.

NVC have told us to wait 4 to 8 weeks, 10 to 20 days, received, processing, few things and still no case number...

We've been calling and writing weekly.

lets hope to get case # soon

it takes month or more to receive case. Mine is running 42 days bt still no response from Nvc. After case is received they take 10-20 days to issue case number.

Would you keep me in touch of how your case is going. We have the same priority day and we are both petitioning for a person in the DR, my approval was a couple of days after yours though. I sent an email to the NVC this past tuesday to check if they have received my case but haven't heard anything from them yet. Last time I called they told me to wait at least 8 weeks from the day I received NOA2 letter, my case was approved on the 20th but got the letter on the 26th.

It takes more than 5 weeks after approval to get case number in my case.
