Hello guys,

we´ve had a few November cases approvals with 2013 PDs, lets keep each other updated so we can have an idea of how the processing times goes with NVC, the notifications, getting case # and IIN, etc..

Hi, we called today, they told us that our case wasnt in the sistem, and that we have to wait 8 weeks after receiving the letter. -.-

USCIS sent email of shipment after approval.

I've got approval on Nov 6 and received an email about shipment to NVC on Nov 8.

I got an email on the 20th stating that my I-130 was approved but haven't received any more email since then. Should I expect an email saying that the case was forwarded to the NVC?

My I-130 was approved October 29 and on November 18 I received an email with case number and fees page.. You call NVC too see if they received it

Astusia's case is IR1/CR1 from what i see in the profile. PD not applicable. :-)

I summited my I-130 for IR-2 in May 15 2013, I requested my case to be expedited twice one in June 2013 no response waited a month requested again on October first week 15 days later received email requesting more evidence fax 68 pages of evidence three days letter I received email it was approved October 28 & November 18 received my fees with case number .. I also contacted my congress rep..honestly that help my case to move a little bit faster..for my husband CR1 it also took 48 days to received a nvc case number and what I did I email nvcresearch@state.gov and included the letter saying my case was approved n it was forward to nvc 5 days letter I recieved an email with case number n fees
