AOS Checklist sent out and NVC received it Nov 1, 2013 but.... got this! Is this false checklist?

I have received AOS checklist on Oct 28, 2013 and mailed out the correct form I-864EZ to NVC via USPS and tracking stated that NVC received them on the 1st of November 2013.
Today, I received this, see below:
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

The NVC has received the requested Immigrant Visa Application (DS-230). However, we are still
waiting for the response to the checklist letter for the Affidavit of Support (Form I-864). Please return
the requested information so that we may complete the processing of your case.

is this false? or they have not reviewed the new one they received on Nove 1, 2013?

(Jan 2013) to Visa in hand(Jan 2014).

02/02/2014: Paid $165 at ELIS site

03/06/2014: PORT-OF-Entry=Vancouver Canada

03/31/2014: USCIS Status Address Change

04/03/2014: Applied for SS

​04/03/2014: ELIS STATUS showed OPTIMIZED right away the day we applied for SS card.

04/07/2014: Green Card Production

04/09/2014: SS Card received.

4/10/2014: ELIS and USCIS status: GREEN CARD PRODUCED/SHIPPED

4/15/2014: GC arrived in the mail (yay!)

Call to verify was it lost...did u send the correct form

ask to speak to a 2nd tier officer, do U require

co-sponsor

no I DONOT as my income is sufficient alone. It's just I put the wrong number on part 5, no. 19. on form i-864ez

I have sent out the new one, and NVC recived them the 1st of Nov, 2013. They just have not reviewed it before sending the email checklist again!

but I believe this is just a false checklist.

Try to call them and verify. I do received checklist, it's confusing since I already sent "all" requirements. They told me, some of paper they received haven't open yet.... Better to call them though. Good luck!

Finally just hung up with the customer service and they said my father's case is ON REVIEW. Said I should hear from them again in the next couple weeks. Crossing my fingers for CASE COMPLETE.
