Hello vj members

Im so worried about my wife case. NVC step I have her case number and invoice identification number but when I went online to pay AOS I cant able to went through have you experience on this

It says on the screen "this case is in process for termination. Fee payment and online can no longer be accepted. Is that normal?

I spoke to the NVC representative I was told to wait next business days thats all she said. I

I don't know if it's normal...We never experienced that..

I-130 Submitted ---- 09/16/2011

NOA 1 ---- 09/21/2011

I-130 Approved ------ 04/30/2013

NVC Case Number -- 05/14/2013

Medical Exam ------ 05/28/2013

Case Complete ------- 08/06/2013

Interview -------- 09/09/2013

Visa Arrived ---------- 10/17/2013

POE SFO ------------- 10/21/2013

Delays maybe inevitable, but misery is optional!

hopefully someone would come over and answer your question...until now i am still waiting for the case number and the IIN to be issued so my question can you tell me when the NVC received your petition from the USCIS and when you got your case number from the NVC ?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Yes its normal you are being invoiced. You have to give it a few days. Maybe today. Nothing to worry about.
