I have my Embassy appointment on 21st December in London, but am a bit unsure of what documents i need to take with me. I know i need all the items from the checklist, but do i also need copies of all forms i've filled out and other proof such as photos and phone bills etc?

Any help would be fantastic as i'm nervous enough as it is right now.

Thanks very much :)
