Hello And thanks Everyone give advices !

I hade my interview Last Tuesday and the Women Asked me to bring 2 more new papers ( Court paper and the single paper) i think it is new !!!!!

After and in the next day i took my 2 papers to them and i was Told to Go untill Receive a Call from the Consulate ,

i Receive a Call the Friday aternoone telling me to Come back on monday With My passeport in hand .

Does everyone please Seen a case like That before and i wanna know if they will issue the visa the Same Day ???? i was Ask to Come At 13:30

Thanks for any help i Really need your advices !

Comments : For Casa, packet 3 and 4 come together, with an interview date already scheduled.

AOS Comments: Strange - we received RFE, then a few days later got email that the response had been received and the case was resumed even though we haven't sent anything yet.

I-485 Sent to CSC 2007-03-12

RFE for Medical Examination mailed 05-31-2007

medical examination sent 06-27-2007

Case resumed on 07-13-2007

email "card production ordered" 07-18-2007

email “notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident” 07-19-2007

email “approval notice sent” and welcome letter received 07-23-2007

Green card received 07-26-2007

EAD Filed Date: 2007-02-02

EAD NOA Date : 2007-02-07

EAD Biometrics Appointment Date : 2007-02-28

Yes, that is pretty common so you'll just have to wait now. Aditional processing time in these cases can take 1-6 months.

I don't think they'll give your visa right there and then, they'll keep your passport and tell you you'll receive it later through the mail (with or without the visa in it), meaning they'll decide whether to approve you or not.

Depending onwhat the papers were, and you did not tell us that, I would think you have your visa

Hello everybody !

I got My Visa Yesterday On monday the 18 Dec, 6 days after my interview !

the papers the consulate Was asking me about Was a Single paper (one from the ministry saying I was not ever married before) and the Court paper like a police record Saying that i have never been in trouble / and both had to be translated into english....
