Hey guys ,

I'm in the states on k1 visa ,planning on going to get my ssn next week.I know about the 1-94.is there any other forms I need to fill out or documents I need to take with me

We only needed, I-94, passport and the filled out SS-5 form but we brought birth certificate and foreign drivers license just in case.
