Or since they have a Spanish speaking line, why did we have to have all of our Spanish documents translated into English? Or if questioning delays in processing, check your processing dates on the internet.

If you are having problems with delays, far better off calling your senators office, good thing we have two senator's offices to chose from, the other guy doesn't even have an immigration department.

Friend in Illinois was really having problems, Obama and his staff were entirely gone trying to get elected, other guy didn't have an immigration office. Congressmen are too busy the first year trying to pass more laws that we don't need, spend the second year trying to get elected. Ombudsmen are entirely worthless, just post meaningless statistics, but won't help you at all due to extensive delays.
