Hello vj member

I called NVC recently asked my wife case numbers on her behalf and its available.

Then I asked for invoice identification number but I was told to pay first

At that point I did not ask about what to pay

And I was told to wait in the mail

When I went online to check in ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon

It show up for three questions

Except for invoice identification number I dont have

Call again and ask for the number. They should have it. Your case number, invoice identification number and beneficiary identification number. Once you get that you can log in and check for the Agent form being available. and go from there.

thanks mac for your time

Yes it does right it should come with invoice number also,do you think would be just fine I call them again

I went online to encode both case number and invoice and it says this is in process of termination? Is this normal

anyway I called and I was told to wait few days to generate my case #

I was told that base on the transaction youve made just for request purposes only

NVC said: you have no access on the account at this time until we told you do so.

They're going to send me confirmation through mail for the next step

Now I got it so doesn't mean that I have both numbers and be ready to pay

So now patiently wait.. at least lil bit relief and make my heads up clear

hey dens can you tell me when the NVC received your petition from the uscis and when they assigned your case number ? since you are filling your timeline that helps alot of us to understand where exactly the NVC reached ? thank you

Last October 17 approved our case by USCIS

Then on 29 I called NVC and they said they recieved our case on 23rd, I was told to wait 20 days to get Into their system then on last November 7 I try to asked if its already available just in time they gave me both case number& invoice # and few hours I received an email from NVC for AOS for payment and Ds261 choice of agent and I did that already last night hopefully it will move forward our case
