I today emailed the embassy requesting for an update, My case has been with them for the last 10 months and this is what they have replied:

Dear Applicant,

Thank you for your email. Please check with us in about one week. The administrative process is still on going,

and hope by the next one week we will give you information on the way forward.

Is it a positive sign towards approving my application?

I am fieghtened, Is there any member who has passed through the same and it happened positive?

the embassy told my congressman's office to email them back in a few weeks like 2 weeks ago so hopefully in the next week or so they will reply and we will get a favorable response after being in AP for so long.

I hope it is the same for you.
