I'm a k-3 visa holder yet to file for adjustment of statue but things were not too good for our marriage and i was sriously abused by my USC wife.Last week she file for divoce.Please adivce me on what to do please.She could testified that our marriage is bonafide but things are not just working out.any adivce would be appriciated

09/22/2009 Passport approved and mailed

09/24/2009 Passport received

08/26/2009 Naturalization Certificate and Name Change Petition arrive back from State Department
