Is G-325A needed in sending my Petition..? Please help us...

Hi everyone,

I am so new here and I think I stumbled on something great with this website and everyone here.. My fiance and I are just starting to work on my fiance visa. We are at the stage of him sending the petition for alien fiance. What confused us is whether it is extremely important to include form G-325A or not. If we base it on USCIS guidelines, they only need payment, Form G-1145, Form i-129, and further proof of truthfulness in the relationship. It did not mention about including G-325A. Please help us.....

Another thing, what is the most presentable way in submitting all petition paper works..

Yes it is. Also make sure you're actually filling out I-129F form and not I-129 which is a petition for a worker.

Read very well the instruction for i-129f , you need send tge g-325a too.

Be sure that you send every they want.

I-129f, petitioner and beneficiary g-315a signed and tow photos both, proof that you met in person like photos, airplain tickets, all proof that you can send, facebook , skype conversation,

Dont forget read and send everything thay want if you aend all, you will appoved quick

beneficiary.

You EACH need 1 G325a form!

Just use paper clip to clip them together and have them arranged according to your cover page!

yes you need to fill out that form and your fiancee actual sign attached with photos of you and your fiancee.. and you need to make sure that its readable as well good luck
