We received our NOA2 on August 27, till now no case number, they (USCIS, NVC and DOS) keep tossing us.

We are fed up, we have given up! If they want they give us the case number, if they don't want to, they should keep it.

What at all is this? We are so disappointed!!!

That is awful! I hope you will get yours soon!

I got my approval from the TSC on 10/18/13. Got update that it had been sent to the NVC on 11/4/13. Called twice already but it is till not yet at the NVC - fastly approaching a month after approval from the TSC. Anyone from the TSC who got an I129F approved at about 10/18/13? Do you have an NVC number yet??

Hi, How do you know which ones they are currently processing?

I track from those who were in CSC. They get their case number according to the NOA2 approval date. Now I have mine too! 5+ weeks.

Hi,

Mine is from the NBC although it was transferred to the Memphis field office and I was approved on Oct 7th and still waiting too.

im not sure about your service centre, how long they take to send the petition to the NVC but I'm sure you will get it soon :) did u try calling NVC or DOS?

kapr, yes we got our NOA2 on 10/15 and I had to call NVC to get the number. I called about 1.5 weeks after the NOA2 approval and they gave me the number on the phone, and it wasn't until just this Wednesday that I actually got the letter from the NVC that our packet was sent to the embassy. So I would definitely recommend calling NVC.
