Hi vbtmrt, I am waiting for my packet 3 now here in Hong Kong. But my fiance put my HK address from the beginning of the application so that everything will be sent in HK consulate. As far as I know it will take few weeks for the case to arrived in another consulate or embassy. I asked tru email in the consulate because I wanted the case to be forwarded in Manila embassy after my interview here for my son's K2 visa.

You emailed HK consulate? Usually they will reply after 2 business days. Sometimes 4 days after. :). If you want to have an answer right away, you can ask your fiancee to call this number +852 58084666. it's the call center open for inquiries from 8 am to 8 pm. The first thing she will hear is the voice prompt. Tell her to wait until it finished talking and she will be forwaded to a live person. :)
