Hi,

I had my interview in Montreal. I was in AP for about a year and it is finally completed. I was instructed to send my passport to the consulate using Loomis services.

Last year when I had my interview, I registered for Loomis and had a reference ID number. I brought that to my appointment and consulate used that ID to send my passport back. Now when I tried registering again, the website would not let me do it since I already did it last year.

My question is, do i use the same reference ID as last year? If not, how do i get a new Reference ID for this time? Has any one sent passport to consulate recently?

Pls let me know if you have any info or any number i can call Loomis.

Thank you.

It's been a while... when I had to send mine in (my medical wasn't ready on time and had to send that and passport couple weeks after the interview) they had given me an instruction sheet. It was through DHL at the time.

I remember printing a front sheet for my documents with my full name, address in Canada and case number. I also wrote the case number on the courier envelope. Sorry I am not much help. Hopefully someone else will pitch in.

Edit: typos.
