still waiting for NVC to get paperwork. was approved 9/17 Paperwork sent to NVC 10/8. Still nothing.

Same here ... We were sent to NVC (supposedly) on 10/15. As per last Wednesday we were still not there. I'm calling again today. file_0.gif

09/15/2014 ... After various requests NSC email received stating that petition is "assigned to an officer" ... Going on 9 months since NOA1
09/24/2014 ... I-130 FINALLY APPROVED!!! ... After 9 months and 1 day
10/15/2014 ... Case shipped to NVC, three weeks after NOA2

Called tonight, NVC received 10/22 Now more waiting. :unsure::unsure:

Called last night too. See my sig. No more waiting, are you sure? lol

I was told to give it 42 days before calling again if I do not receive commnuication from NVC.

11/14/2013 mailed I-130

11/19/2013 I-130 NOA1 (NSC)

12/20/2013 mailed I-129f (just in case)

12/27/2013 I-129f NOA1 (NSC)

1/2/2014 ARN changed on both I-130 and I-129f

1/7/2014 I-129f updated/touched?

11/10/2014 NOA2 FINALLY!!! (after 356 days & 4 service requests)
