Hey guys... got an RFE... we'll see what these dummies want... (I assume is translation on some stuff I sent in spanish...) but who knows... it can be anything...

now need to wait and see what they want.

Glad you got something back! Sorry it's an RFE :( Try calling the disinformation line and be specific in wanting to talk to an supervisor. They can tell you what it was.

BTW who screwed up the spreadsheet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just told the hubs and he's calling now... it's 5pm in CA so let's hope he can still make it within working hours for the call center.

Glad to see TSC update it's processing times today, for what they're worth and best of luck to all remaining November filers!

Our case was moved to NVC as of June 4th. Fingers crossed this part all goes smoothly. I'm off to the June NVC thread now.

Hi sylea! How do you know case was moved June 4? Did you call uscis or NVC? I was approved two days before you so I'm thinking of starting to call now, just dunno who to call!

hi Bradrean - no case number yet, don't expect it for another couple weeks, we just got this email from USCIS:

"Post Decision Activity

On June 4, 2014, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly."

So only notice that they've sent our I130 approval over to NVC for the next stage.

Ohhh ok. Maybe I need to call them cuz we never even got the approved email it was just online case status and I called to make sure. Does your online status say shipped or just the email is the only thing that says it?

I have not received any email stating that my petition was shipped to nvc. Only the approval notice. Can they ship it without informing you?

It was my online case status that was updated - we got email/text notification and I also logged in to the site to see. Make sure your email and/or mobile are set up?
