I am sooooo happy that some of u have got approvals…yay…and for those still waiting it will happen….i keep sending out positive vibes to everyone on the november thread... :goofy:

As for a separate NVC thread, would be excellent….its only been 3 days…and saylin's NVC thread is 74 pages..LONG!!! damn… . LOL!!!

and yes we can all help each other out.

From nvc? Not yet. Lawyer is away until the 16th but I'm going to start harassing her at the end of the month about getting the case # I can book my medical in London with that.

I didn't realize you got your NOA2….yay…congratulations….its been sometime…..or i am just growing OLD and forgetful….i guess i am becoming the youngest test specimen for alzheimers disease…LOL…..

now cannot wait for all of us to go through the NVC stage…i didn't know London let you do the medical test so early on.

I guess you can call too right for the case number…i am waiting till end of june for that….it takes roughly 5-6 weeks from the time the I130 gets approved….if something happens before that would excellent….but i am not holding my breath for it...

Thank you, yes got it on the 23rd :) as for the medical, apparently so. I'm not sure about calling. I think lawyers get agitated if you do and they have their own way of negotiating with nvc apparently, different email etc. I will certainly be calling her about the #, I want the medical done and dusted. I don't want to have to travel to London twice in one month, too bloody expensive, lol x

Congrats to everyone who got approved! :)

Still no approval for me...But I finally was able to file a service request today, WOOOOOOO! :D I just wish they could approve our petition already, I'm starting to really freak out. If they deny it I'm gonna be devastated.

Does anyone know what happened to the spreadsheet? It's kinda messed up right now...

Edit: Just realized that my I-129F might be outside normal processing times too, should I try to file a second SR?

Edited by alreadytaken
