Hi ladies and gents...I just received my RFE letter in the mail. They are requesting passport photo of me the petitioner. Should I just send what they are asking for or should I take the opportunity and send photos of me and my husband and copies of my last two years tax transcript? Please, any advice.

I got the same RFE. I just sent what they asked for. I don't think they need tax transcripts until you show spousal support.

But as for sending - use USPS and do next day - it gives a tracking number and a signature. I sent mine may 27 and they got it and emailed me about it on may 28.

it's 19.99.

Thanks for the response Jeliica. Just did not want anymore delays because I can see that when we get to NVC...it might be another long wait. All I want for Xmas is my hubby with me. If I get him sooner, that's even better.

I find that current NVC thread a bit overwhelming as well. Good information contained there but it's Impossible to keep up.
