Got a paper response to my service request. Still under review. Due to the damn holiday, I bet no work was even done on it this week.

Hopefully when they come back they work on your case. I find that they just bs about things. They said they sent out an RFE on 5/19 and the letter was dated 5/22. No one knows that goes on at any of these center. But I hope you get it before June. Best of luck!

The email they sent me confirming that they received our response to the RFE indicated a decision should be made within 60 days of when they received the response. Looking at the different spreadsheets here it seems that it could be anywhere from a week to 3 months. I'm obviously pinning my hopes on the 1 week end of the spectrum.

Hi guys,

we seem to have an issue in the spreadsheet, yesterday I noticed that the following users PD /NOA1 dates were not there and instead were replaced with their user name, can you either provide me with your PDs /NOA1s or correct it yourselves? (I'm happy to make the changes for you) Unless this was made on purpose??? (dunno)

Hi guys, just checked and we got our noa2 yesterday 25th May... Surprised as we didn't think they worked weekends.

Delighted and good luck to everyone (we have had noa2 for a k1 visa this time last year but had to cancel as the wedding was fast approaching so this has been a mega long wait!)

Our records show that your case is currently pending adjudication. We regret that we are unable to provide you with a completion date at this time.

This was on Thursday, May 15, 2014 .. :clock: what this mean !? what should I do ?

I believe they work on your case and then message you within the week. Because it shows they did our case the 19 but we got a message till the 20th. I wish you all the best and hope you all get your approvals this week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
